The KCCA administration is implementing the Presidential Directives in the 16 markets and Lufula. While meeting the markets’ leadership at City hall today, the Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka, challenged the staff to desist from corruption tendencies in revenue collection and observe a strict code of ethics required of a public Servant.
