The First Lady of Uganda, Hon Janet Kataha Museveni has hailed the work of KCCA in responding to the social challenge of street children in the City. Speaking today from Masulita, she said that in August 2022, KCCA removed 270 children from the streets of Kampala and the children were received at the UWESO Masulita home to be rehabilitated. ‘I thank KCCA for bringing the children to Masulita and Kobwin centres instead of abandoning them on the streets”
