H.E. President (Rtd) Uhuru Kenyatta joins regional Heads of State and Government and experts in Luanda, Angola for the Quadripartite Summit of the East African Community (EAC), Economic Community of Central African States, International Conference of the Great Lakes Region and Southern African Development Community, under the auspices of the African Union.
The Summit will deliberate on and consider the coordination and harmonization of regional responses to the conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Former President Uhuru Kenyatta is the Facilitator of the EAC-led Nairobi Process on the Restoration of Peace and Stability in eastern DRC.
