KCCA has commenced the training of its law enforcement officers responsible for keeping law and order in the city. The first batch of 75 officers arrived at Kyankwanzi on Sunday. Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Director Legal Affairs, Frank Rusa said there will be no tolerance of abuse of citizens in the nMe of enforcing law and order. The curriculum will cover diverse subjects, including patriotism
