The UNDP Resident Representative for Uganda, Elsie G. Attafuah has reiterated her commitment to support KCCA programs. She made the remarks today at their headquarters in Kampala where she met with the KCCA Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka. UNPD has partnered with KCCA to install solar lighting in Owino market, a project that will soon be completed.
