Counsel Peter Walubiri has challenged the Uganda Electoral Commission to set non partisan levelled principals of free and fair to all political parties and individual.
He said this during the ongoing opposition retreat on constitution and electoral reforms at speak resort Munyonyo as he addressed different opposition political leaders on how to achieve positive political reforms in the country.
He said, its embarrassing of EC to allow a certain category of individuals to freely move, camp and campaign around different parts of the country without being either stopped or tortured like those of opposition.
Its from this that Walubiri warned EC that if such unfair political injustices continues, they will force Ugandans to resort to a political violence in demand of political justice.
The former FDC party president Kiiza Besigye has asked opposition political party leaders to stop competing amongest them selves and rather focus on removing the dictator miseveni.
Former Presidential Candidate and FDC President Rtd Col.Dr.Kiiza Besigye said the more they continue competing amongst them selves, the more they stay divided and confusing the public thus giving the NRM regime more opportunity to stay in power.
DR. Besigye noted that  that Ugandans can only regain their sovereignty by first enacting reforms of liberation of captured institutions like Electoral Commission, Parliament and others which are in captivity of the regime.
