This follows the murder of the Self-styled vlogger, Ibrahim Lubega Tusibira aka Isma Olaxess aka Jajja Ichuli who was shot dead during weekend near his home in Kyanja , a Kampala suburb, a few days after he celebrated the death of former state minister for Labour, Employment and Industrial Relations, Charles Engola.
Recently, the Minister of State for Internal Affairs, Gen. David Muhoozi appeared before parliament’s committee on Defense and Internal Affairs requesting for Shs2 trillion for the next financial year 2023/24 but only Shs823 billion has been allocated.

He says police get a good budget but no one knows whether these funds are used well to cater for the police to boast their welfare adding that the issue of classified expenditure should also be revised to facilitate the security agencies in doing their work.
Bbale county MP Charles Tebandeke says all the guns in Uganda are registered and all the ammunition are marked, police should show Ugandans where they belong and the people who use them to kill innocent Ugandans.
He says the Gov’t should come up with a report on the various murders and how these Killings will be brought to an end, he also doubts whether there has been any conviction of people who muder innocent people.
