H.E  the VP Jessica Alupo represents H.E YKMuseveni at the centenary celebrations of the little Sisters of St Francis at Nkokonjeru. The liturgy was led by H.E Luigi Bianco , Apostolic Nuncio to Uganda. H.E YKMuseveni contributed 60m towards the colourful ceremony.
