Col Edith Nakalema has been appointed the head of the State House investors protectorate unit by President Yoweri Museveni.

The newly created unit will protect investors against corrupt Ugandans who seek bribes and harass these foreigners who don’t comply with their demands.

In the end the frustrated investors return to their countries and Uganda loses opportunities of development.

President Museveni on many occasions has hinted and warned those harassing investors that their time is over.

As Uganda recovers from COVID-19, Museveni has been all over the world inviting investors to utilize opportunity of investing their money in Uganda, assuring them of huge returns since Uganda has all favorable factors including cheap labour, raw materials, good climate and hospital citizens.
