The KCCA Executive Director has held strategic talks with a representative from the Bill Melinda Gates Foundation on improving Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in the urban centres. The Foundation has over the last ten years supported the KCCA Weyonje and Citywide Inclusive Sanitation in Kampala with significant success.
