Uganda's Parliament enters partnership with that of Slovenia

Parliament of Uganda has entered into a Memoradum of Understanding with the parliament of Slovenia to strengthen the cooperation.

This has been revealed by the Speaker of parliament Anita Among while meeting her counterpart ,the Speaker of Slovenia Parliament the Rt. Hon. Urska Klakocar Zupancic at her residence in Kololo this morning.

Among noted that the two parliaments should work for the best humanity, and Human Rights to better the developments and democracies of the two countries.

Speaker Among further emphasized the need for respect of African culture, values, and norms by western world.

She stressed that countries can disagree but on principle and this should not be a basis of enemity and erod of other sovereign countries norms and value.

In reply, the Speaker of Slovenian Parliament Rt. Hon. Urska appreciated the warm guesture by Speaker Among and vowed to strengthen the relationship between the two parliaments and also to work for the Human Rights especially for women.
