It’s official, Cristiano Ronaldo is an Al-Nassr player.
All the formalities have now been completed, with the former Manchester United superstar unveiled to his new fans on Tuesday.
Prior to entering the Mrsool Park pitch for the very first time, Ronaldo spoke about the mega-money transfer – worth around £175 million-per-year – in a press conference.

During his time in front of the journalists, Ronaldo confirmed he had offers from all around the globe and also had a few choice words for those criticising the move.
After the relatively short press conference finished, Ronaldo went to the dressing room to don the Al-Nassr kit for the first time and meet some of his new teammates – including former Arsenal goalkeeper, David Ospina.
Then it was time for the 37-year-old to step out on to the pitch in front of 25,000 fans, which is basically a capacity crowd.
And it’s safe to say they were pleased to see their new signing. Ronaldo’s walk to the pitch through the tunnel was rather iconic, it has to be said.

But that wasn’t a patch on the spine-tingling reception he received from the jubilant supporters shortly after.
While standing on the Mrsool Park turf in the striking yellow and blue Al-Nassr kit, those in the audience greeted him with an almost deafening chorus of: “Ronaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldo!”
Okay, it wasn’t quite as spectacular as his Real Madrid unveiling at the Santiago Bernabeu way back in 2009, but it was still pretty darn impressive.

The Al-Nassr fans have a new hero and now focus will switch to Ronaldo’s debut for his new club.
He could feature in the team’s next home match against Al-Tai on Thursday, providing the five-time Ballon d’Or winner can prove his fitness.
But Ronaldo’s first start for Al-Nassr is likely to come next weekend away at Al-Shabab, who trail Al-Nassr by only one point in the table and have a game in hand over their rivals.
Exciting times for the Saudi Professional League and the nation of Saudi Arabia as a whole, exciting times indeed.
