At the sidelines of the East African Parliamentary Games in Juba, I met Ugandans doing business in South Sudan. Business between both our countries today is worth $389m, hence we discussed how Parliament can support the efforts to strengthen these trade ties to enhance investment opportunities and uplift the livelihoods of our people.
