Today the Consul General, Ambassador Henry Mayega and staff of Uganda’s Consulate in Dubai received Hon. Milly Babirye Babalanda, the Minister for the Presidency, at the Uganda Consulate in Dubai, Jumeirah 1. She was accompanied by Ms. Florence Kiremerwa, the Presidential Assistant on diaspora issues and Ms. Olivia Namukose, a staff in the President’s Office. Hon. Milly Babirye Babalanda is in the UAE to represent the Government of Uganda at Annual Convention of the Ugandan diaspora (AUU) that will start today at Hyatt Regency, Deira, Dubai from October 29 to 30, 2022.
