The Minister for Gender, Labour and Social Development, Hon. Amongi Betty Ongom has today held a meeting with Women Leaders from Women Rights Organisations during which they discussed a wide array of issues on women’s rights in Uganda. They agreed to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders.
The meeting was held at the Ministry headquarters in Kampala.
Also in attendance was the Commissioner Gender and Women Affairs, Dr. Angela Nakafeero (PhD)
