Some leaders ride on their positions to pocket association’s funds for their benefit as well as changing the core mission.
Responding to some concerns raised by children represented by their Chairperson Kabandize Jacob that included missing out on government programs and funding, Hon. Aisa informed that all they need is being organized and have coordinated interests in their proposals for them to tap the opportunities in Ministry of defense.
“It’s so fortunate that Bugangaizi East Constituency was added to Luwero triangle which has a full ministry, that means it’s easy to move our cause”. She remarked.
At the function we’re also veterans and civilian combatants and wives who pressed concerns of missing out on land, Uganda Women empowerment Program (UWEP), pension and how their children would benefit from pipeline project.
Hon. Aisa promised that will make follow up on this matter however tasked parents to educate their children if they are to benefit from huge government projects like pipeline which is in our area.
