“This money will be given  to low income earners and it won’t matter your Political ideology.Be assured of One Million each.

We shall collect all your data and will ensure  no one gets  more than once.Should we find out that you have played games and got money twice, you will vomit it.We shall not tolerate  acts dishonesty.This money will be rotational.You get and pay back.Its Government money.No one will be  allowed to play with it,Nabbanja warned.If you think it won’t be enough,better go to banks for more money.”
