Prime Minister Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja was today in Kiboga Town Parish Church of Uganda, to preside over Mothers Union day celebrations.
Mothers union members are involved in Bee keeping, Charcoal Bricket making and the building project.
The Premier lauded the Mothers Union for being proactive and encouraged them to embrace government development programmes.
She donated 10 million shillings to boost the women projects.
Minister for Energy and Mineral development Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu encouraged members of the opposition to stop mere politicking and focus on promoting the government development agenda for all.
Bishop Emeritus Wilson Mutebi led the day’s service during the occasion that was also attended by area MP’s and the district leadership.
