Uganda’s Joshua Cheptegei sets new World Leading record (26.49) as he effortlessly wins 10km race in France. Kenya’s Samuel Habtom who came a distant second on 27 minutes and 51 seconds while Uganda’s other athelete Abel Sikowo came third, posting 27.58 minutes observer.ug/news/headlines
