The Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Jacob Oulanyah has paid tribute to Bank Of Uganda Governor Prof.Emanuel Mutebile.

“Prof. Tumusiime-Mutebile passed away at the Nairobi Hospital on Sunday,” Bank of Uganda said in an emailed statement. No details were immediately given.
