Uganda will hold the 11th Information Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) conference at Speke Resort Munyonyo starting April 30 to May 2nd, 2019.
The aim of this event is to discuss how digital technology is making a measurable difference to lives of millions of people and share how they can use innovations to increase the impact of their work.
This multi-disciplinary gathering brings together hundreds of public, private and civil society organizations from across humanitarian and international development communities like Plan Uganda, World Vision, Net hope among others. These organizations are eager to share practical insights on applying digital technology to development, humanitarian, and conservation challenges.
ICT4D was founded in 2010 by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and it is the first time for the conference to be held in Uganda.
