West Midlands Police offices found the bodies of two men who had been fatally shot in the back of a car in an industrial estate in Dudley yesterday afternoon
Two men have been found fatally shot in the back of a car on an industrial estate.
The men were discovered inside a vehicle parked outside units in Brierley Hill, Dudley, just before 3.30pm yesterday.
It is thought the men were shot shortly after 1pm and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The men have yet to be formerly identified.
A post mortem examination will take place in due course.
“We sealed off the industrial estate, put cordons in place to preserve the scene and enquiries are already well underway,” a spokesperson for West Midlands Police said.
“We’re appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time who saw or heard anything suspicious to get in touch.”
A person who lived on the street said just one police van remained in the street yesterday evening.
They told the Birmingham Mail that “lots” of officers had been searching the railway track that runs behind her house and the access routes to the gully.
The killings has shaken those living nearby.
