Sylvia talks about giving your day a Goal, inside a masterclass in detail.

She says that as a work at home mom, she must do this or run down rabbit holes and waste her day. So this is how she does it:

👉 Every weekend she goes within, asks herself questions listen for answers and…
👉 Do a brain dump of every idea that popped into her head, sorting them in order of most useful to her vision.
👉 She then writes down what she considers her #priorities based on the successes of the last week/month
👉 She later creates Tasks out of the Priorities, setting ONLY 3 Tasks a day
👉 She then does what she DECIDED to do, otherwise, she lies to herself and her brain is listening.
👉 Sylivia says, ” I celebrate every completed day on task as that tells my brain that we are awesome. So at least once a week I am the Billboard occupant.”
👉 Rinse and Repeat successes, Learn lessons, and amend actions.
👉 Practice Self-love every day and Journal Daily 😍
