Four people have been reported dead inside a hospital after it was set ablaze in the restive town of Kumba south west of Cameroon.
The hospital, serves a large area following the closure of other health facilities in the district because of the ongoing separatist rebellion.
So far, the government has blamed most previous hospital attacks on Anglophone separatists.
However, other reports suggested that government soldiers targeted hospitals with the belief that separatist fighters were being treated there.
No group has claimed involvement in the current attack.
