DAKAR, Senegal Thirteen (13) out of the 15 man Uganda Sand Cranes  Squad in Senegal  are products of the Uganda National  Beach League that has been in existence for the last 10 years now and bounded together with COPA Dar es salaam competition held in Tanzania annually . Three players Kigozi Ambrose , Kikonyongo  Jonathan ,  and Mutebi Ronald  are the only new youngsters on the team who have never tested Beach Soccer on the National team . However over the last 6 years, Uganda Beach Soccer Association  has achieved remarkable success  in the league development after establishing a stable league committee over the stewardship of Bashir Mutyaba as the technical director . Kampala,Uganda: Dynamic SS Jjeza WFC secured the second slot in group A after overcoming King of Kings on Wednesday in their final game. Bint Ibrahim Faiza and Daphine Nalubowa scored a goal apiece to guide Dynamic SS to victory. Sharon Kanyiginya got the consolation for King of Kings, her third at the tournament. Kings of Kings had already secured their place in the knockout phase and the other three teams including Dynamic SS Jjeza, Luweero Giant Queens all had the chance to qualify ahead of Tuesday’s games.
