Tina Wamala, a Communications Expert, has been elected Vice President of Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU) unopposed.
She works for the British High Commission.
The election took place Saturday at Hotel Africana in Kampala during PRAU’s 44th Annual General Meeting.
Wamala promised to serve and elevate the association to the next level.
Speaking at the event, outgoing PRAU President Sarah Kagingo, said this year has been unprecedented and PRAu is credited for being the first Association to hold a virtual event in the country.
“I want to achieve this and more in my tenure,” Wamala quoted Kagingo’s statement and said.
