Nuno, who left Wolves at the end of last season after four years in charge, was close to becoming manager of Crystal Palace earlier this month before negotiations broke down.

Manchester United’s initial offer for Jadon Sancho has been deemed too low by Borussia Dortmund, according to German daily Bild.
Sancho wanted to move to Manchester United last summer but the Red Devils refused to meet Dortmund’s €120m valuation of the winger.
Manchester United have revived their interest in the England winger again and have been in talks with his representatives over a transfer this summer.
Dortmund have lowered their demands but are believed to be holding out for a fee that could go up to €100m before they agree to let Sancho move to Old Trafford.

Arsenal have reportedly made their first offer of around £30m for Norwich City playmaker Emiliano Buendia.
With Real Madrid loanee Martin Odegaard seemingly unlikely to remain at the Emirates Stadium beyond the summer, Gunners chiefs have earmarked the number 10 position as a priority for the upcoming transfer window.
Arsenal have long been linked with a swoop for Buendia - who is already Premier League-proven - but Canaries chief Stuart Webber has affirmed that it would take a club-record fee to sanction an exit for the 24-year-old.
According to football.london, Arsenal and Aston Villa made their first moves for Buendia on Wednesday, but bids of £30m from both sides were pushed back by Norwich.
The report adds that Buendia would face a 'difficult choice' if Arsenal and Vi...
The striker enjoyed a superb goalscoring season for Inter Milan and would be a dream summer signing at Arsenal for one of the club's former players
Arsenal could be one of the more busier teams in the summer transfer window.
Despite the 2020/21 Premier League season - that saw the Gunners finish eighth - being over for just over a week, several names have already been linked with moves to the Emirates Stadium.
Emiliano Buendia is seen as the alternative to Martin Odegaard if Arsenal can't reach a deal with Real Madrid to bring the midfielder back for another spell after impressing on loan during the second half of the campaign.
Meanwhile, links to the likes of Yves Bissouma, Sander Berge, Ryan Bertrand and Josh Doig simply refuse to go away as Mikel Arteta looks to overhau...

Ruben Dias (Manchester City)
A few eyebrows were raised when Manchester City splurged more than £60m on another defender to go alongside the similarly priced Kyle Walker, Benjamin Mendy and John Stones. Days before his arrival, City conceded five against Leicester City and the 23-year-old was handed the task to rectify it and fill Vincent Kompany’s large boots.
