Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga has directed the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sam Kutesa to issue a statement explaining the latest development on the relationship between Uganda and Rwanda after reports emerged that Ugandans have continued to be killed by Rwandan authorities, just after Uganda released Rwandan prisoners. Residents of Moroto district have asked the government to allow China Communication Construction Company Limited (CCCC), a Chinese road construction company that worked on Moroto, Soroti road to continue working on the remaining road that connects Moroto to Lokitelanyala in the border of Moroto and West Pokot of Kenya. The National Commission for the Fight against Genocide (CNLG) has called for the arrest and prosecution of political leaders of Rwandan militia groups who continue to threaten regional security. While many of the armed militia groups are based in DR Congo, their political leaders, many of them are convicted Genocide fugitives, live in different European countries. Julius Niyoniringiye, a cameraman who also works as a taxi conductor has appeared before a grade one magistrate at City Hall. Prosecution states that the accused person between June and July 2019 at Kisaasi in the Kampala district performed a sexual act with a 13year old girl well knowing that he was HIV positive.
