Former President Uhuru Kenyatta joined other distinguished guests in Addis Ababa over the weekend to celebrate the wedding of Captain Amanuel Workneh and Captain Mahilet Terefe. Captain Amanuel is the son of Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu, the Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
