Kampala-Uganda. About 31 opposition MPs have signed a resolution not to pick President Museveni’s Shs100 million bailout gift to each NRM, independent and ‘friendly’ opposition members.
The Opposition Caucus, chaired by Acting Leader of the Opposition Hon. Muwanga Kivumbi, has passed a resolution requiring all opposition MPs to declare in writing whether they received the alleged Shs 100M. Those who fail to sign will be presumed to have taken the money.
