Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) finds itself in a challenging situation after losing star striker Kylian Mbappé this summer and now facing an injury blow to Gonçalo Ramos. Despite the pressure to strengthen their attack, PSG head coach Luis Enrique has made it clear that the club is not rushing to sign a new striker.
“It’s a shame, it’s always sad when you lose a player like [Ramos], but it doesn’t change anything. We have a very good team, I have great confidence in all the players who make up my squad,” he said.
PSG’s manager underscored that the team, which won the Ligue 1 title last season, is still strong enough to compete without making hasty decisions in the transfer market. “We are observing the transfer window and we will see if a player comes up at a normal price. If it is a silly price, we won’t. We are not in a rush,” Enrique added.
