Vision Group, Uganda’s leading media house has made changes at senior management to re-enforce the team in preparation for the much anticipated revenue growth and efficiency as the Ugandan economy opens up after the 2-year slowdown due to the COVID19 pandemic.

A seasoned Media Business Manager and Consultant, Moses comes with a wealth of experience in the broadcast media having delivered profitable brands with costs efficiency, motivated and effective teams.

Starting out as a Radio Presenter at Capital Radio, he grew along the ranks to become Music Director and Assistant Program Controller at Capital Radio before crossing Vision Group as Head of Vision Group’s Western Uganda Media empire that has Radio West and TV West. His vibrancy and innovative saw him turn the business around to a 50% revenue growth and sustaining market leadership in the last 10 years. Moses will now take the realms of Content Distribution as its Head and ensure the content generated by Vision Group is delivered to its target audiences efficiently and effectively to add value to their lives and consequently advance society.

Moses holds a Bachelors in International Business from Makerere University, Pursuing two Masters in View; Masters in Business Administration Project Planning at Makerere University and Executive Masters in Media Leadership and Innovation at the Aga Khan University Nairobi.

A God fearing family man, inspired by his wife and children. I like to cook, read politics related literature, watch movies and listen to good music.

A results-driven Chartered Marketer with over 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing, communications and information technology fields where he has contributed to some of the biggest and fastest-growing brands in numerous sectors including; Media & Publishing, Printing & Production, Telecommunication, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Oil & Gas, NGO and Consulting

Grounded in Business and Marketing strategy, Brand management, Trade marketing, Events management, Corporate communications, Media and Stakeholder relations, Advertising, Sales and Sales force management, Sales promotions, Key account management, Graphic and Infographics design, Digital Marketing & Media, Web design, Web Based Applications and Content Management Systems. At Vision Group, Rogers will be responsible for developing, driving, leading and implementing the Marketing and Communications strategy that will support the delivery of the objectives as prescribed in the company’s strategic plan


Rogers is an Executive MBA candidate, has MSc. in Computer Information Systems, a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM – UK), an International Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Graphic Design.

Currently a member of the advisory council to the leadership of Uganda Marketers Society (UMS), a Sales, Marketing and ICT Consultant, member of ICTAU, UMS, CIM(UK).
