Uganda Cranes Coach announces final CHAN squad

Uganda Cranes Coach Sebastien Dosabre has released a final 23 man squad for CHAN finals scheduled to start on 12th January.

The French tactician confirmed the squad on Tuesday night immediately after a 1:0 defeat in a friendly match against Congo, KCCA FC’s Defender Mustapha Kizza and Vipers SC’s  midfielder Tom Masiko are the players cut off from the squad, they will return home from camp in Rabat where they have been since last Thursday.

The squad includes goalkeepers, Isma Watenga (Vipers Sc), Benjamin Ochan (KCCA FC), Saidi Keni (Proline FC), others are, defenders,Nico Wakiro Wadada (Vipers Sc), Joseph Nsubuga (Sc Villa Jogoo), Isaac Muleme (KCCA FC), Aggrey Madoi (Police FC), Timothy Dennis Awanyi (KCCA FC), Bernard Muwanga (Sc Villa Jogoo),  Mujuzi Mustapha (Proline FC), Midfielders,Tadeo Lwanga (Vipers SC), Ibrahim Saddam Juma (KCCA FC), Muzamiru Mutyaba (KCCA FC), Milton Karisa (Vipers SC),  Abubaker Kasule (Express FC), Allan Kyambadde (SC Villa Jogoo), Paul Mucureezi (KCCA FC), Rahmat Senfuka (Police F.C) Derrick Nsibambi (KCCA FC), Muhammad Shaban (KCCA FC), Nelson Senkatuka (Bright Stars FC)

Uganda’s opening fixture in group B is against Zambia on 14th January, before playing Ivory Coast and Namibia in the last group game.
