Ljubljana, Slovenia The Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, has called on the European Union to assist African countries in dealing with youth unemployment and underemployment. The body was received by the Speaker of Parliament  Rt Hon Rebecca Kadaga at a gathering that was attended by a number of Democratic Party and National Resistance Movement Members of Parliament.
